Simply attach the Pasta Roller Lasagna or Pasta Cutter Fettuccine on your Assistent Original, and let its powerful motor do the hard work for you. The Pasta Roller lets you adjust dough thickness for the sheets from 0.6 mm to 4.8 mm, while the Pasta Cutter Fettuccine produces 6 mm wide ribbons.
